Euphorbia japonica is CITES II
 
You will get a Euphorbia japonica with 8-10 heads. To ensure safe delivery, The permit (phytosanitary certificate) is required to ship from Thailand to your destination, you are advised to add a permit to your cart for $35.  You will need one permit for all items in your cart.
